Return Policy for Food Products

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best quality food products. Below you’ll find details about our return and refund policy in compliance with EU consumer laws:

Right to Withdraw (Cooling-off Period)

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • To exercise this right, please notify us in writing by email at post@hiquidfood.com or through our return form available (link to form)

Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened or unsealed food products for health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been mixed with other goods after delivery and are inseparable by nature.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • You are responsible for any reduction in value if the goods are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

How to Return Products

  1. Contact our customer service at post@hiquidfood.com to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the product to: Hiquid Food AS c/o Elisabeth Hunnes, Ludvikdalen 10, 6013 Ålesund, Norway

Cost of Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will refund the return shipping cost as well.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at post@hiquidfood.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence.
  • We will either replace the item or offer a refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Delivery

  • Allow 7-10 business days for delivery

Payment

  • The seller may demand payment for the goods from the time they are dispatched from the seller to the buyer.

    If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of ordering. The card will be charged on the same day the goods are dispatched.

    For payment by invoice, the invoice will be issued to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods. The payment deadline is specified on the invoice and is at least 14 days from receipt.

    Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by invoice with deferred payment.
